Washer Masking Plugs

Every one of our High Temp Washer Masking Plugs has been designed and manufactured with high temperature masking in mind. They are made from a thermoplastic rubber, allowing a resistance of up to 125°C. Each of these High Temp Washer Masking Plugs has good acid resistance, along with a number of other resistance properties which help make it a truly multi-purpose solution.

These Flanged Rubber Plugs are excellent for use when coating, covering, and baking, as well as a multitude of other high temperature masking applications. This is due to the 'flanged washer' section of the plug, which covers the lip of the hole it is plugging.

Our Rubber Washer Masking Plugs are available in a wide range of sizes and variants to suit, from a small 3.2mm hole diameter all the way up to a significantly large 47mm to ensure we have the best range possible for your application. These are great for general holes, such as alloy wheel bolts holes and threaded holes.
