Silicone Washers

Silicone Washers are manufactured from silicone rubber and are designed to provide a tight seal and prevent water/air leakage. They are highly durable and resistant to temperature changes, chemicals, water, UV radiation and ozone. They are also non-toxic and non-corrosive; making them an ideal choice for use in a variety of applications.

Silicone Washers are used to create a seal between two surfaces such as a pipe and a fitting in order to prevent leaks and reduce vibration. Silicone Washers are ideal for use within the food industry because they are non-toxic and non-reactive; meaning that food will not be contaminated. Due to their resistance to extreme temperatures of between -50°C to 230°C, these washers are ideal for high-heat applications like ovens and grills.

Our Silicone Washers are manufactured in the UK and are currently available in M3 to M16 sizes which are stocked in a blue colour as standard, although custom manufacturing is available.
