Constant Tension Hose Clamps

Constant Tension Clamps are a type of worm drive hose clamp that use a screw to tighten or loosen a band around a hose. These clamps are designed to provide constant pressure to deal with cooling leakage which occurs when assemblies expand and contract under changing temperatures. The worm drive mechanism allows these clamps to be adjusted to the tension or pressure required.

These Constant Tension Clamps also have a smooth inside band to increase reliability in harsh condistions. The Constant Tension Clamps uses stacked conical or belleville washers which are compressed when tightened and can widstand vibration and expansion.

Our Constant Tension Hose Clamps are available in 14mm and 16mm band widths and are made from 300 and 401 Stainless Steel. We stock constant tension clamps for 14mm to 232mm diameters.
