Weld Studs

Our Weld Studs are manufactured to ISO 13918 and offer a reliable and efficient method for creating strong and durable attachments. Available in a variety of configurations to suit your specific needs, our weld studs provide a versatile solution for a wide range of applications. Our Weld Studs are designed for use in CD (Capactior Discharge) welding, commonly used to stud welding. CD Welding melts the tip of the stud to form a strong weld very quickly, without noticible deforming the surface material.

Versatile Configurations: Available in three distinct types:

  • Male Threaded (Type PT): Ideal for direct attachment of components with female threads.
  • Female Threaded (Type IT): Designed to receive male threaded components.
  • Unthreaded (Type UT): Versatile for applications where a subsequent threading operation or other attachment methods are required.

Durable Materials: Offered in a range of high-quality materials:

  • Copper Coated Steel: Provides excellent weldability and conductivity.
  • A2 Stainless Steel: Offers superior corrosion resistance and is suitable for demanding environments.
  • Aluminum: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, ideal for applications where weight reduction is crucial.

Installation Tip: It is reccomended for the best connection to use like for like materials, for example a stainless steel weld stud for a stainless steel surface.
