Double Loop Cable Ties

Double loop cable ties are a fantastic alternative to normal cable ties when you need to bundle two groups of cables closely together. They can also form a figure of eight so you can support two parallel pipes if necessary. Vital Parts Double Loop cable ties can be used to allow separation for two cable bundles, hose bundles or panels. They are manufactured from a UL94V-2 rated Nylon 66 and are available in a range of sizes. Our Cable ties have a high tensile strength with low insertion force and have excellent resistance to weathering and aging. Available in both black and a natural colour, these double loop cables are suited to versatile environments. Loop A will always be a couple of millimetres bigger in diameter than loop B, which you should take into account when placing your double loop tie, so the application you're fixing will fit through the right loops. The key features of Double Loop Cable Ties are the ability to create 2 separate loops to connect two bundles or attach a bundle to a pole. These are self-locking for fast and easy application. The UL94V-2 rating allows these Double Loop Cable Ties to be used in locations where a level of flammability resistance is required for health and safety purposes. Our Double Loop Cable Ties have an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C. They are also RoHS and REACH compliant and are halogen free. These Cable ties have a minimum tensile strength of 22kg. Double Loop Cable Ties are suitable for use in various industries for general cable management, including grouping together cables or fixing cables and other objects to panels. The smaller Double Loop Cable Tie has a length of 200mm which allows for a bundle diameter of 45mm to be connected to a bundle diameter of 47mm and the larger Double Loop Cable Tie has a length of 300mm which allows for a bundle diameter of 72mm to be connected to a bundle diameter of 70mm.
