Constant Torque Positioning Hinge

Constant torque positioning hinges (otherwise known as Torque Hinges, Constant Torque Hinges) provides a constant torque throughout its motion to hold the door or lid in position at any desired angle, fully open, fully closed and anywhere in-between. This allows the user to access the enclosure or cabinet whilst the door or lid is being held in a convenient position. The Constant Torque Positioning Hinge is mounted using two thru-hole mounts on either side of the hinge. The Constant Torque Positioning Hinge has high strength and durability. The constant Torque Positioning Hinge has a hinge torque of 0.4Nm. Each hinge can also hold a radial load of 1100N or an axial load of 2100N. Constant Torque Positioning Hinges can be used for doors, lids, display screens and hatches on cabinets and enclosures for IT, HVAC, manufacturing machinery, processing equipment and telecoms equipment. Our Constant Torque Positioning Hinge is available in a 38x40 size. The Constant Torque Positioning Hinge is also available in black colour. The Constant Torque Positioning Hinge is made from die cast Aluminium which is powder coated. The hinge has a pin made from 304 Stainless Steel.
