Metal Adjustable Inline Lift-off Hinge

Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinges, also known as detachable hinges and lift-off door hinges, allow for a 90° of adjustment on the base plate leaf. This allows for inaccuracies in the assembly of the door and mounting panel, or for when the adjustment better accommodates a gasket. Two or more hinges can be installed in the same orientation to allow the door to be lifted off for better access of transportation.

These hinges can be installed with opposing orientation to remove the ability to lift off the door. Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinges can allow for assembly of misaligned parts and come with cover caps to conceal the fixings. The Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinge can withstand a radial load of 510N and an axial load of 1480N, with the adjustable leaf having 90° of adjustment.
