Plastic Countersunk Hinge

Plastic Countersunk Hinges are lightweight, strong and durable. They are perfect for use with aluminium extrusions but are also ideal for many other hinge applications. The spacing between the mounting holes makes this perfect for use with 30mm and 40mm aluminium profile extrusion with the use of t-nuts.

Plastic countersunk hinges can be used for doors or hatches on machinery enclosures and they are available in two sizes; both with 7mm countersunk bored mounting holes.

• The larger countersunk hinge measures 64mm x 64mm and has an open hole distance of 40mm x 40mm, with an open thickness of 19mm and a plate thickness of 13mm.
• The smaller countersunk hinge measures 48mm x 48mm and has an open hole distance of 30mm x 30mm, with an open thickness of 16mm and a plate thickness of 11mm.
