Our full face flange protectors are designed to fully cover and protect flange faces. They offer a similar solution to our flange cover cap range; however, this product includes flexible ribs that are inserted into the flange bore to ensure a secure fit. A tighter flange fit may be preferable for some applications, where a cover cap could be knocked off of the flange.
They are manufactured from high quality LDPE plastic, which, when covering a flange face, will add resistance to moisture, dirt, paint, and most oils. Our customers often use the flange caps to protect flanges during production, transportation, storage or maintenance.
This flange end cap has been sized to fit a DN 200 Flange with a 8" Nominal Diameter. It has a 336mm Head Diameter and is available in Yellow LDPE.
