Our Polyethylene Grommet Strips, more commonly known as plastic edging strips, are a popular solution for covering exposed panel edges. They are often used to prevent cables from being damaged by exposed edges or to cover sharp edges when working with sheet metal.
One advantage over our rubber edging strip range is that these are self adhesive edging strips and have the option to include a glue adhesive lining. This may be preferred for some applications.
This adhesive grommet strip is sized to fit a Panel Thickness between 0.9mm-1.8mm. It has an Overall Height of 4.4mm. The Bottom Thickness is 0.8mm and the Bottom Width is 2.8mm. It has a Unserrated With Adhesive Channel finish. It is available in a Natural Coloured Polyethylene Material.
Some customers might refer to the product more generally as grommet strips, or a plastic grommet strip. They are also known as self adhesive edging trims.
