Thread Protection Nut Caps

Our Thread Protection Nut Caps, also known as Cylindrical Nut Caps, Snap-On Nut & Bolt Caps, are made from high quality LDPE and are a quick push-fit solution to cover exposed nut, nuts with exposed threads with or without washers. This range of Caps are used to conceal fasteners but can also offer protection to the otherwise exposed threads from dirt, damage, corrosion, or injury.

The unique attributes of the nut and washer caps are that they have a clamping edge which grips underneath the chamfer on the nut providing a strong connection, internal ribs which deform when inserted onto the nut which further increase the clamping effect of the caps and a sealing lip which protects the nut, thread and in some variants the washer as well from the elements.

Customer Insight: Caps with larger inside lengths can not only be used to accomidate larger threads, but also larger or multiple nuts.

We stock sizes from M3 to M90 in a range of different lengths. We also offer telescopic caps which can be used for multiple lengths of thread.

Our range comes in black as standard as it is the most UV resistant, but we are able to manufacture custom requirements in any RAL colour. For further info on custom colour runs, please get in touch on 01233 713581.
