Our Silicone Ribbed Plugs, or Flangeless Silicone plugs, are made from a premium grade of Silicone which is both durable and malleable. Due to the premium Silicone, our Flangeless Silicone plugs are easily able to withstand temperatures up to 315c, this makes them an ideal solution for a number of masking operations such as Powder Coating masking, Painting and Shot blasting.

Each Ribbed plug comes with specialized ribs that help to hold it in place when inside plain bore holes, but are also able to fit perfect in to internally threaded holes. All of our Silicone Ribbed Plugs or Flangeless plugs are able to withstand a number of different runs/uses meaning that they are an excellent cost-effective option whether they are used for Powder coating, or simply to protect something whilst in transit.
