Louvered Vent Plugs

Our Louvered Vent Plugs are manufactured from a UL94V-2 rated Nylon 6/6 and come either with or without a pre-installed Polyurethane filter. Capable of filtering particles of 30 micron or larger we recommend the filtered version for anyone looking to increase air-flow, but want to limit the ingress of contaminants such as Liquid, Dust and Pests. The Louvered design of these Vent Plugs can be orientated to your requirements, pairing perfectly with electronic enclosures, motor housings or access panels.

We stock these Louvered Vent Plugs both with and without a filter insert (see part numbers ending in -F), with each size capable of withstanding a push back force of up to 35lbs or 47nm. These are designed to snap into place for panels up to 6.4mm thick, with multiple locking fingers for fractional panel thickness increases.
