Square Inserts 40-76mm

Our Medium Size Square Tube Inserts are made from a strong LDPE Plastic, and are an ideal solution for use with square tubing and box sections, providing a clean finish once installed. Preventing ingress, these Square Inserts cover the head whilst protecting the inner section of the tube or pipe, preventing build up of moisture which can cause rust and deterioration.

Each of our Square Tube Inserts comes with flexible outer ribs which ensure a secure and permanent fitting onto the inside of a Tube, Pipe, or Box section, with the ability to be installed by hand or with a hammer.

We stock a huge variety of sizes from 40mm up to 76.2mm, along with different colour ways so that you can rest assured we have the best choice for you. To ensure you get the best fitment, we recommend matching your internal diameter with our 'To Fit Tube' size range listed below. You can also test fitment for larger projects by requesting a free sample.

All of our inserts are available in Grey, White & Black RAL Colours where required.
