ANSI Flange Caps

Our ANSI Flange Cover Caps are made from a tough yet flexible form of Polyethylene (PE) and are perfect for protecting the full flange face of the flange, as well as the bolt holes. Easy to install, these caps simply flex around the lip of a flange to hold themselves in place, providing a reliable seal which adds to the level of protection.

ANSI Flange Caps are often used by manufacturers of industrial pipe flanges as a finishing product once completed, to prevent unnecessary damage during transportation to the customer, or whilst in storage. Please note that a release agent is used during the production of these caps to prevent sticking to your application.
