Low Profile Sealing Grommets IP67

We offer a range of Low Profile Sealing Grommets that allow cables to be passed through sheet metal panels while offering protection against dust, dirt and water ingress. The Low Profile Sealing Grommets, have the smallest footprint of all the sealing grommets, still allowing for strong cable seals in tight or awkward spaces. The Sealing Grommets can seal a wire to a rating of IP67. This means it has passed the test EN 60529. In plain English this is an industry standard test that proves the part allows a seal offering protection against being fully submerged in water for 30 minutes in a depth of up to one meter. Customisation: The Low Profile Sealing Grommets are available to be produced in different colours and a UL94-V0 flame resistant material by request.

We offer three styles of IP67 grommet:

• Larger Conical shaped grommets which provide the best seal.
• Low Profile grommets which have the smallest footprint.
• Strain Relief, where the grommet offers mechanical support to the cable.

Low Profile Grommets are produced in a TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) which is resistant to temperatures ranging from -50°C to +125°C and are produced to cover most metric or PG sized holes.

As standard they are offered in:

• Black – RAL9005
• Light Grey – RAL7035
• White – RAL9010
