Standard Push Mounted Cable Ties

Push mounted cable ties have a locking head at the top of the cable tie which allows the user to quite literally push the head of the cable tie through a hole of a surface so it locks it in position and secures the cable tie to a surface before using the rest of the cable tie as normal for cable management purposes. Push mounted cable ties are primarily designed for securing cables to a car panel or chassis. They can be released from the panel or chassis then reconnected. Our push mounted cable ties are manufactured from a UL94V-2 rated Nylon 66 and are available in a range of sizes. Our Cable ties have a high tensile strength with low insertion force and have excellent resistance to weathering and aging. They come in packs of 100, and we supply a variety of sizes to suit a wide range of needs from commercial projects to DIY. The UL94V-2 rating allows these Push Mounted Cable Ties to be used in locations where a level of flammability resistance is required for health and safety purposes. These cable ties have a mounting device which allows them to lock into place when pushed into a pre-drilled hole.   Our Push Mounted Cable Ties have an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C. They are also RoHS and REACH compliant and are halogen free. The push mounting feature allows the bundle of cables of hose to be fixed to another surface such as a panel. Our Push Mounted Cable Ties are available in a width of 4.8mm and a length of 203mm. Our Push Mounted Cable Ties at Vital Parts are available in black and natural. The one piece construction with a push mount feature outside the head of the tie allows for consistent performance and reliability. Natural mounting hole cable ties are preferred for indoor use applications while UV Black is recommended for outdoor applications, providing greater resistance to ultraviolet light.
